We prefer single words for both headlines and folds. Where more words seem necessary consider moving subsequent material to its own page and title.

Mike Caulfield introduced the convention of annotating quotations with folds. He has also suggests extending wiki flavored markdown with blockquote notation which blogging proved useful. See About Markdown Plugin
Academic publication sets much higher standards for proper citation where these references are exploited for evaluating thought leadership within that community. We wonder whether this might be at odds with open digital collaboration. See Citations Obsolete?
