This script is designed for the one page shown above, Deep Thoughts on Wiki. It forces every item to be of type paragraph, inserts monthly folds, then condenses all history into one create action.
I tried to reconstruct a consistent journal but could not get that right because of an occasional move. A synthetic recreation of properly dated adds might be possible.
