Here I will make some claims and see if Robert agrees.
Assertion: 3.14159 is Pi to 5 digits.
Ward has provided an outline for signing wiki page agreements where Robert has some interest in seeing this developed further. If Robert improves the cryptographic security of this plugin and offers this as a pull request Ward will merge this with suitable review and then publish it to NPM as a new version. github 
We will try out the plugin here. For the moment we are interested mostly in workflow enabled by wiki with only a nod to digital signatures.
