Aristotle's Trivium of human potential is defined by charactistics: _praxis_, _theoria_, and _poiesis_. We might translate these Latin words to process, imagination, and creativity.

We all have a voice, a beautiful voice. If only that voice is to be heard and felt by others.

To listen deeply, we must listen with all of our senses. We must also listen with our hearts wide open.

It is widely accepted that human behaviour is a form of communication. When children behave in a way which is inconvenient to adults or disruptive to learning, adults often decide how to solve the 'problem' on the child's behalf. We are then surprised when our strategies fail to lead to long term behavioural change.
