We will rsync the existing npl.wiki, symbolic link it to localhost site, modernize it here with deno shell commands, then rsync it to its new home in asia.
This is made confusing because all the replicas have the same flag. We make References to each site jumping into the hierarchical organization as the same convenient spot.
